Introduction

As a tantric massage practitioner serving women in San Diego, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, I hold myself to the highest standards of ethical conduct, safety, and accountability. This statement publicly declares my commitments to those I serve and outlines the systems I have in place to ensure I honor sacred trust and maintain integrity in all aspects of my practice.

I am an Integrity Certified Member of The Sacred Kings and have completed the 10-week Accountability Coaching Program. This certification is voluntary and represents my dedication to ongoing ethical practice, clear boundaries, and transparent accountability in all my professional work, including tantric bodywork.

Important Clarity: Tantric massage is a sacred healing practice. My services do NOT include sexual intercourse, or explicit “sexual acts.” This is a professional bodywork service focused on healing, awakening, and honoring the divine feminine through consensual, bounded touch.

Core Ethical Commitments

1. Sacred Container & Safety

I commit to creating and maintaining a safe, respectful, and sacred space for all sessions:

  • Every session begins with clear communication about boundaries, expectations, and consent
  • The space is private, clean, professionally maintained, and designed for your comfort and safety
  • Sessions are ceremonial in nature, honoring the sacred feminine and your personal journey
  • Your physical, emotional, and energetic safety is my highest priority

2. Explicit and Continuous Consent

I practice explicit, informed, ongoing, and revocable consent throughout all sessions:

  • Consent is obtained before the session and can be modified or withdrawn at any moment
  • I check in regularly throughout sessions to ensure your comfort and consent
  • You have complete autonomy to pause, adjust, or stop the session at any time without explanation
  • Boundaries are clearly discussed before sessions begin and are honored without exception
  • Power dynamics inherent in practitioner-client relationships are openly acknowledged and carefully managed

3. Professional & Sexual Boundaries

Absolute Boundaries:

  • No sexual intercourse under any circumstances
  • My genitalia is always covered and never part of a Tantric session
  • No romantic or sexual relationships with current clients
  • Minimum 6-month cooling-off period before any romantic or sexual relationship with former clients
  • I do not engage in any activity that exploits the vulnerability or trust of clients
  • Sessions focus exclusively on your healing, awakening, and empowerment

4. Substance Use Policy

I maintain complete sobriety during all professional work:

  • No alcohol or recreational drugs before or during sessions
  • I arrive clear-headed, fully present, and grounded for all sessions
  • If prescription medication affects my capacity, I notify clients and reschedule

5. Financial Transparency & Ethics

I commit to complete transparency in all financial matters:

  • All pricing is clearly stated upfront with no hidden fees
  • Payment is required prior to sessions
  • Payment terms and session policies are disclosed upfront and in writing
  • I do not pressure clients into additional services or inappropriate upsells

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Session Bookings: All sessions require advance payment. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will receive credit toward a future session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows forfeit payment. Sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with adequate notice.

Practitioner Cancellation: If I must cancel or reschedule for any reason, you will receive a full credit for a future session plus an additional 25% credit as an apology for the inconvenience.

6. Scope of Practice & Competency

I practice within my training and expertise:

  • I am a Trained Tantric Bodyworker, Certified Tantra Educator, Certified Tantric Sexuality Teacher, Massage Therapist and Certified Coach. A copy of my resume and credentials is available upon request.
  • I represent my credentials and experience honestly without inflation
  • I am NOT a licensed therapist, medical professional, or sex therapist
  • I refer clients to licensed professionals when issues are beyond my scope (mental health crises, trauma requiring clinical intervention, medical concerns)
  • I engage in ongoing education and seek consultation for complex situations

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

I protect client information with the utmost care:

  • All client information is kept strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law
  • I comply with mandatory reporting laws (child abuse, elder abuse, imminent danger)
  • Sessions are private and discreet—your privacy is paramount
  • Data is stored securely and in compliance with applicable privacy laws
  • I never share client stories, names, or testimonials without explicit written permission
  • Session content remains confidential and is never discussed with others

8. Trauma-Informed Practice

I approach all work with trauma awareness and sensitivity:

  • I recognize that many clients come with histories of trauma, especially sexual trauma
  • I create space for emotional release and hold space without judgment
  • I never push clients beyond their comfort zone or pressure them to “go deeper”
  • I refer to licensed trauma therapists when clinical support is needed
  • I maintain appropriate professional boundaries even when clients are vulnerable

9. Marketing & Representation Ethics

I represent my work honestly and avoid misleading claims:

  • I do not make guarantees about specific outcomes, healing, or sexual experiences
  • Testimonials are used only with explicit written consent
  • My marketing accurately reflects the nature of tantric massage as a healing practice, not a sexual service
  • I do not engage in false advertising or exploitation of vulnerable seekers

10. Cultural Competency & Lineage Acknowledgment

I approach tantra and sacred sexuality practices with humility and respect for their origins:

  • I acknowledge that I am a white, cisgender man practicing traditions that originate from Hindu and Buddhist cultures
  • I am deeply aware of the implications of cultural appropriation and work to honor these traditions respectfully
  • I actively honor my teachers, gurus, and guides by crediting them and maintaining respect for the origins of these practices
  • I commit to ongoing education about cultural humility and respectful engagement with traditions not originating from my culture
  • I welcome clients of all identities, backgrounds, body types, and experiences

11. Client Screening & Right to Refuse Service

To maintain safety and integrity:

  • I conduct brief phone or video consultations before first sessions to ensure mutual fit
  • I reserve the right to decline service to anyone I believe may not be appropriate for this work
  • I do not provide services to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • I do not provide services to anyone seeking explicitly sexual services

My Accountability Systems

To ensure I honor these commitments, I have established the following accountability structures:

  • Weekly self-reflection and integrity check-ins
  • Monthly review of commitments made vs. commitments kept
  • Monthly check-ins with a licensed therapist (more frequently when needed or if high-conflict situations arise)
  • Ongoing personal growth work and shadow integration
  • Regular engagement with my own coaches, mentors, and supervisors

Peer Accountability & Community Support

  • Weekly participation in The Sacred Men’s Council for personal processing
  • Participation in quarterly Sacred Kings Accountability Circles
  • Regular consultation with peer practitioners for complex cases
  • Membership in professional communities focused on ethical somatic and tantric practice

This statement represents more than policies—it represents my sacred commitment to honor your body, your boundaries, and your journey. You are entrusting me with something deeply personal and vulnerable, and I do not take that lightly.

I will not always be perfect. I will make mistakes. But I promise to own those mistakes, repair harm when it occurs, and continuously work toward being worthy of the trust you place in me.
