A 7-Session Chakra Healing Journey

This sacred series is an invitation to come home to yourself—through touch, presence, breath, and energy. Each session is a deepening, starting with the Crown Chakra and moving gently down through the body to the Root. Along the way, we’ll invite more sensation, more embodiment, and more connection to your truth.

Each session builds on the last—growing in depth, duration, and intensity. You may choose to repeat a session if you feel called to explore more deeply before moving on. However, in the integrity of the journey, sessions must be taken in order. You may begin at any time, and you’re welcome to move at your own pace.

Session 1 – Sacred Stillness

Crown Chakra – Divine Connection

We begin at the top—with breath, intention, and stillness. This opening session is about creating sacred space, settling your nervous system, and establishing energetic clarity. With gentle touch to the scalp and crown, we begin to open to higher guidance and connection with the divine.

Session 2 – Awaken Inner Sight

Third Eye Chakra – Intuition & Inner Knowing
Duration: ~90 minutes

As we drop into deeper presence, we turn inward. This session opens your intuitive centers through visualization, breath, and subtle touch to the face and third eye. We invite trust in your inner voice and the wisdom that lives beyond logic.

Session 3 – Voice of Truth

Throat Chakra – Expression & Authenticity
Duration: ~100 minutes

It’s time to give voice to what lives within. Through sound, mantra, and energetic touch around the throat and shoulders, this session supports you in releasing blocks to self-expression. Together, we’ll open space for your voice to emerge—clear, honest, and free.

Session 4 – Temple of the Heart

Heart Chakra – Love & Compassion
Duration: ~2 hours

We soften into the tender space of the heart. This session is all about connection—within yourself and beyond. With heartfelt presence and nurturing touch to the chest, arms, and hands, we honor the joy and sorrow that the heart holds. Love flows here.

Session 5 – Empower the Flame

Solar Plexus Chakra – Power & Purpose
Duration: ~2.25 hours

You are powerful. In this session, we ignite your inner fire—clearing blocks to confidence, boundaries, and action. Through focused breathwork, affirmations, and abdominal touch, we help you embody your strength and claim your space in the world.

Session 6 – Sensual Waters

Sacral Chakra – Creativity & Sensuality
Duration: ~2.5 hours

This is where sacred sensuality flows. We explore the realms of pleasure, creative energy, and emotional release. With deeply honoring, client-guided touch to the hips, belly, and lower back, we awaken the waters within. Here, your body becomes a vessel of beauty and expression.

Session 7 – The Rooted Radiant Self

Root Chakra – Grounding, Wholeness & Embodiment
Duration: ~3 hours

Our final session brings it all home. We integrate everything you’ve awakened—anchoring your spirit fully into your body. Through grounding movement, full-body nurturing touch, and ritual closure, you’ll leave rooted, radiant, and whole. This is your return—to presence, to power, to peace.

This is Red Tantra.

Rooted in ancient elemental wisdom and modern somatic healing, this series bridges earth, water, fire, air, and ether through immersive bodywork, sacred rituals, and soul-level transformation.
